  • The name of the album you are currently working with is shown in red at the top of your My Albums home page.
  • All of your albums are listed to the left. The album you are currently working with is shaded in pink. The album size and the Album Code are displayed under the album. You may switch to another album by clicking on the album you wish to edit.
  • If you have a CLUB Membership, you may create up to 50 albums by clicking on the green "CREATE ALBUM" icon at left, under your existing albums.
  • Actions that can be performed on your current album are shown on the right.
  • You can also manipulate your photos (rotate, mirror and flip image upside-down) by clicking the Edit Image link below the photo thumbnail.

Adding a Photo to Your Album
  • Always make a copy (backup) of each photo file before you add it to iWebPhoto - as iWebPhoto is not responsible for your photos at any time.
  • To add a photo, click the "ADD PHOTOS" action at the right.
  • The Add Photos window appears. You may upload several photos at once, but be aware that uploading several photos at the same time can take several minutes, depending on your Internet connection speed and the size of the photos you are uploading.
There are 3 steps to upload your photos:
    1. Check that the photo file you wish to add is a ".jpg" or ".gif" file.
    2. Click the "browse" button. Browse the folders/ files on your computer to locate the photo file you wish to upload, then click "open" to enter the file name into the upload box. (this procedure may vary based on web browser you are using).
    3. Click the "Upload" button and then WAIT for the photo to uploads to complete. When the photos are finished uploading, your My Albums page will automatically refresh to show you the thumbnail images of all the photos now in your album.
While the photos are uploading, do not change screens or start another upload, please just wait.
  • You may continue to add more photos by repeating these steps, until your album becomes full.

Deleting Photos
  • Click the "Delete" check-box under the photo thumbnail to be deleted on your My Albums home page.
  • Then click "Delete Selected Photos" action at the left.
  • This will cause all check-boxed photos to be deleted at once.
  • All photo deletions are permanent and cannot be undone. Please be sure you have backups on your local computer before deleting photos from iWebPhoto.

Adding Photo Descriptions
  • On your My Albums home page, click the "Edit" button above the photo for which you wish to add a Description.
  • A pop-up box will allow you to enter a short photo Description
  • Don't forget to press the "Enter" button below the input box to accept your input.
  • If you choose to sort your album by description (Description), it may be helpful to start each description with a number, then you can easily control the order of display by changing the numbers.

Change Album Background
  • On your My Albums home page, click "Change Album Background" action at left.
  • Click on the background you would like to use for your album.
  • The album background will change automatically for you.

Share One Album Using The Album Code
  • Under the current album on your My Albums home page is an "Album Code". If you give this 5-character code to a friend, they can log in at http://www.iWebPhoto.com/AlbumCode, using your Album Code to see the your album and slide shows.
  • There is a different code for each of your albums, so you can share different albums with different people.

Updating Your Member Information
  • It is important to keep your information current at iWebPhoto. This is the only way we have to remind you if your album is due to be renewed. You could lose your online photos if we cannot contact you!
  • Once you are logged in, click the My Info tab at the top.
  • Enter your information as specified and click the Update button.
  • It is very important to use a complex password to keep hackers from getting into your photo web site. Always use a password containing special characters like: $%@!~^, numbers and letters

Slow Loading Photos and Albums, What to do?
  • The file size of your photo files and your Internet connection speed is what determines how fast your album displays on your screen. The larger the album size, the longer it will take to display on the screen. When you Send a photo album to your friends with dial-up access, try to send only small photo albums to them, or it may take too long for your friends to see the entire album.
  • The size of each photo file is displayed on your My Albums home page above each photo.
  • The size of your current album (all photo sizes summarized) is displayed on your My Albums home page to the right, just below the album name.
