Affiliate Program ("affiliate program" or "program") Terms

• To participate in the affiliate program, you must provide the following information.
• Your birth date. Members under age 16 cannot participate in the affiliate program.
• Your verified email address. We will send a message to your email address after you join iWebPhoto.com; you must click the link in the message to verify you are receiving our email messages. We don't send spam; we do need to be in contact with you regarding your account. Privacy policy.
• Your PayPal account email address: Your PayPal account must be capable of accepting payments. PayPal accounts are free, go to http://www.paypal.com and sign up.
• Payments will be made at the end of each month to you if your prior month-end balance ("payable balance") was at least $6. Note that PayPal will deduct their transaction fee from the payments you receive from us; we do not deduct any fees.
• If we are unable to make payment to you for 2 consecutive months because your PayPal account is not working, or because you did not provide the U.S. IRS Form W-9 when required, or for any other reason, then you forfeit the unpaid program earnings. We may send notification to your profile email address, but we are not required to notify you.
• You cannot allow your program earnings to accumulate over time in your gain6, Inc. (iWebPhoto.com) account - you will be paid every month that your prior month payable balance was met.
• You cannot participate in this program if you are located in a country embargoed by the U.S., or are on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals.

• gain6, Inc. (iWebPhoto.com) cannot, and does not, provide tax advice. No statements in this document are meant to act as tax advice.
• It is your responsibility to pay any income taxes on your gain6, Inc. (iWebPhoto.com) earnings. It is your responsibility to know your applicable laws and pay the required amounts.
• If your iWebPhoto account indicates that you are in the United States:
• When you have earned a total of $500 or more, you must send your completed IRS Form W-9 to gain6, Inc. (iWebPhoto.com) prior to receiving any further payments from iWebPhoto. Use this IRS link: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf to download, print and legibly complete IRS Form W-9 and fax it to: 1-866-469-3669. Or you can mail it to: gain6, Inc. (iWebPhoto.com), 17011 Lincoln Ave. #610, Parker, CO 80134.
• For anyone earning $600 or more in a tax year, gain6, Inc. (iWebPhoto.com) will file IRS Form 1099 which reports the amount of your gain6, Inc. (iWebPhoto.com) earnings during the tax year. IRS Form W-9 provides us with your U.S. Taxpayer Identification Number (social security number or EIN), which enables us to file your IRS Form 1099.

Definitions

• By "iWebPhoto.com" or iWebPhoto we mean the features and services we make available, including through (a) our website at iWebPhoto.com and any other gain6, Inc. (iWebPhoto.com) branded or co-branded websites (including sub-domains, international versions, and mobile versions); (b) our Platform; and (c) other media, devices or networks now existing or later developed.
• By "us," "we" and "our" and "iWebPhoto" we mean gain6, Inc. (iWebPhoto.com), or iWebPhoto.com.
• By "content" we mean the content and information you post on iWebPhoto.com, including information about you and the actions you take.
• By "post" we mean post on iWebPhoto.com or otherwise make available to us.
• By "use" we mean use, copy, publicly perform or display, distribute, modify, translate, and create derivative works of.
